Starting from the city of Qingdao, CityRE has been building its national real estate database since 2003. We take down every change of a city’s real estate data in real-time including sale and rental of housing stock, the construction process of new built housing and affordable housing.

After ten years of efforts, CityRE has built a scientific ecosystem of real estate data. Multi-channels and automated processing, detailed records of basic data and supply and demand data of sale and rental make CityRE a leader in data structures and quantity.

So far, CityRE’s database has already been applied to political control of real estate, city property management and mortgage and we are cooperating with top academic and research institutions to explore deeper applications of real estate data.
